Troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing equipment in compliance with all plant policies and procedures

Working with machinery and mechanical equipment including motors, pneumatic & hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production line equipment
Reading diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturer's specifications for installations
Using hand tools, power tools and precision-measuring devices and testing instruments

Main Objectives:

Maintaining all company assest at the highest level of availabillity by excecuting our PM schedule

Diagnose & troubleshoot root cause on our equipment in a professional and timely manner

Work with operators on process improvements and train operators on routine preventative maintenance


Support engineering & continuous improvement projects including trials and installation


Maintain good housekeeping in maintenance department and after completing jobs


Adhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures

General Compentences:

Mechanical understanding to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems

Electrical skills focused on, but not limited to:
Controls: PLC, VFD, Solenoids, Servos
Hydrualics, Pneumatics, gear boxes,
Diagnostic Tools: Meger Meter, Multi-Meter, Amp Probe, Infrared Thermometer

 Domain Compentencies:

5 years of recent top grade electrical or mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Must be proficient and experienced in various areas of maintenance including basic PLC troubleshooting/knowledge, fabricating or machining parts for repairs
5 years experience in troubleshooting complex hydraulic systems
Able to utilize CMMS system to document periodic scheduled tasks 
Must possess strong teamwork, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high mechanical ability and trouble shooting skills
