Team Leader of customer service team, material management and production planning

Tasks:

  • management of subordinate Staff
  • supervising the processes of ordering materials, production planning and dealing with customer orders
  • accountability for the correct achievement of indicators applicable in the area of responsibility
  • compliance with customer requirements to avoid complaints
  • participation in the development of optimal solutions increasing the quality and efficiency of logistics processes
  • organization, coordination and development of competences in areas of responsibility.

 Expectations:

  • at least 3 years of professional experience in automotive industry in a similar position (including team management experience)
  • higher education, professional education (Logistics or related, Management)
  • knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • communicative knowledge of German and English – compulsory
  •  independence in undertaken activities.
